Lydia Scarlett

Lydia Scarlett has enjoyed a variety of financial support roles over the past nine years, six of which were spent as a financial analyst at CSX Transportation. Working on cross-functional teams devoted to rationalization studies and service design improvements brought an immersion in operations allowing Lydia to gain in-depth understanding of how to quantify operational inputs, how to analyze performance and, not least of all, how to speak railroad lingo.

Currently Lydia devotes her time to serving small-business clients in their financial-analysis and accounting needs. However, she continues to reap the benefits of having worked for large corporations and the opportunities afforded to sharpen her communication skills. With a knack for translating numbers into meaningful information coupled with loads of patience for complexity, Lydia most enjoys working with her clients in a consultative capacity to automate decision tools and bring clarity to quantitative data.
